When it's time to present costs to a client or keep a record for yourself, Focalist generates a clean PDF with all items, prices, and totals.

Open your project
Navigate to the project you want to export from the dashboard.

Click the export button
In the project header, click the PDF export button. Focalist generates the document with all items grouped by room, including images, prices, quantities, and totals.

Review and share
The PDF downloads to your computer. It's formatted for clients — clean layout, professional look, no clutter. Send it by email, print it, or upload it wherever you need.
Make sure your items have images and prices filled in before exporting — blank fields show up as empty spaces in the PDF. A quick review before export saves a re-do.
