Drop Pin Comments on Files
Place comments directly on uploaded images and files.
Leaving visual feedback on files
Sometimes "the thing on the left" doesn't cut it. Pin comments let you click a specific spot on an uploaded image or file and leave a comment right there. No more guessing what someone is referring to.

Enable pins for the project
Open project settings (pencil icon) and toggle on Enable Pins.

Open a file
Navigate to an item with an uploaded file or image. Click on the file to open the viewer.

Click to place a pin
Click anywhere on the image to place a pin. A comment box appears — type your feedback and submit. The pin stays exactly where you placed it.

View existing pins
Pins show as numbered markers on the image. Click any pin to see its comment and replies.
Pin comments are visible to everyone with access to the project, including share link viewers. Great for client feedback on mood boards or floor plans.
