Managing comment threads
Pin comments aren't just one-off notes — they're conversation threads. Reply to discuss, resolve when the feedback has been addressed.

Reply to a pin
Click on a pin marker to open the thread. Type your reply in the text box at the bottom and submit. Everyone with project access can see and reply.

Track new comments
Items with new unread comments show a filled message icon with bold text on the project page. Click it to jump to the comments. The indicator clears once you've viewed them.

Resolve a thread
When the feedback has been addressed, resolve the thread. Resolved pins are visually distinguished so you can focus on what still needs attention.
Use pin comments for specific, actionable feedback — "this tile colour clashes with the countertop" is more useful than "I don't like it". Your future self will thank you.
