Adding people to your project
Working with a colleague, assistant, or procurement team? Invite them to the project so everyone can clip, organise, and comment without stepping on each other's toes.

Open the team panel
In your project header, click the team icon (the people silhouette). This opens the members panel.

Enter their email
Type the email address of the person you want to invite and click Invite. They'll get access to the project immediately if they have a Focalist account, or they'll be prompted to sign up.

Manage members
The members panel shows everyone with access. You can see their roles and remove people if needed.
Team members count as additional seats on paid plans (+$8/seat/mo). The project owner's seat is included in the subscription.
