Not everyone needs a Focalist account. Share links let clients, contractors, or anyone else browse a project with view-only access — no sign-up required.

Click Share
In the project header, click the Share button. This generates a unique link to your project.

Copy and send
Copy the link and send it however you like — email, WhatsApp, Slack, carrier pigeon. Anyone with the link can view the project, items, prices, and images.

What they see
Share link visitors get a read-only view of the project. They can browse items by room, see prices and images, and leave comments — but they can't edit or add items.
Share links are great for client approval workflows. Send the link, let them browse, and use the approval feature to collect their thumbs-up or thumbs-down on each item.
